On Saturday, April 22nd from 10:00-12:00 you and your family are invited to a “Family Fun Day” at the School Forest.  The day is suggested to be a relaxed experience utilizing one of the school districts most beautiful resources, the Rahr Memorial Forest – “School Forest”. 

For your convenience, bus transportation is available.  Please sign-up as soon as possible so an appropriate number of buses are reserved.  (Families are welcome to provide their own transportation to and from the School Forest).  We will board the bus at Riverview promptly at 9:30.  From approximately 10:00 – 12:00 you will be free to participate in learning activities presented by Wildlife of Wisconsin, explore the sand dunes, sing songs by the fire, use the nature play space, etc. If you are riding the bus you will need to board the bus by 11:30 to return back to Riverview.


Drive to Two Rivers.  Take Highway 42 North (Lincoln Avenue).  Drive 5 ½ miles north from the Highway 42 Dairy Queen.  Turn right on County V.  Drive 2 miles east on County V.  Turn left on Sandy Bay Road.  Drive ¼ mile.  The School Forest entry is on the right. Please park alongside the road.

Return your participation slip to school by Thursday, April 13th
